Dr. Gena Yuvette Davis crossed into Deltaland in 2011 and is a proud member of the Los Angeles Alumnae Chapter. She is an organizational psychologist, executive coach, and founder of True Synergy, Inc., a people & culture management consulting company specializing in corporate culture change and behavioral transformation for high-growth companies. Soror Davis is also the founder of My Serenity Sanctuary, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that is committed to the self-care, well-being, and advocacy of Black women and girls everywhere.
